제품 설명
버너 에어서플라이 (Burner Air Supply)

The burner air supply unit consists of a valve block with two solenoid valves, which switch the air path from start to FLOX combustion mode. A 24-V radial blower is fixed at the block and is equipped with a control box. Air flow is controlled by a 0-10V control voltage. Control of air flow is customer’s scope of supply. The burner and blower are well adapted and optimised. Any significant pressure loss, neither on the suction side nor in the exhaust line must be avoided.
가스 서플라이 유닛 (Gas Supply Unit)

The gas supply unit consists of an integrated gas valve block with solenoid on/off valves for feed and fuel gas, as well as with a separate proportional valve for feed flow control via a digital controller. Flow rates and control of feed is customer’s scope of supply.
탈황 유닛 (Desulfurisation Unit)

· appr 용도로 설계. EU가스로 2000h 운전.
· 2-3ppm S 함유량에서 수명 10.000h 이상
· 공급 가스 라인과 연결.
공정 급수 유닛 (Process Water Supply Unit)

버너 컨트롤 유닛 (Burner Control unit)

The burner control unit consists of an automated burner control (industrial standard), specially designed for FLAME-FLOX burners. FLOX requires fail-safe temperature control and the subsequent switch of the air path in the burner. The fail-safe procedure can be realised in the main control of the burner. A hardware wired safety control switch switch (JUMO) is part of the delivery. A 220V ignition transformator supplies ignition energy for the heat-up procedure in burner STARTmode. Wiring and integrating the units in the main control box is customer’s scope of supply. For large production quantities and for cost reasons, it is recommended to integrate the burner control in the system control unit.
